Terms and Conditions – Oshi Dropshipping
- Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Sharing fake or misleading product details may result in legal action and immediate termination of the vendor account.
- Vendors are responsible for quality control. Any defective or misrepresented products may result in returns, refunds, or penalties.
- Vendors agree to handle returns, replacements, and warranty claims as per policy guidelines shared by Oshi Dropshipping.
- All orders must be processed and dispatched within the committed time frame. Delays must be communicated immediately.
- Vendors will receive 25 as a packaging charge for each dispatched order.
- Vendors may face penalties for late order dispatch, false advertising, or not meeting quality standards.
- Payments will be made after delivery confirmation and may be subject to withholding in case of disputes or quality issues.
- Vendors must maintain transparent communication with Oshi Dropshipping and respond to support queries promptly.
- Vendors are not allowed to contact buyers directly unless instructed or approved by Oshi Dropshipping.
- Oshi Dropshipping reserves the right to delist any product or terminate vendor relationships due to poor service or customer complaints.
- Oshi Dropshipping is not liable for any business loss incurred by the vendor due to returns, chargebacks, or shipping issues.
- All legal responsibilities, product liability, and compliance with import/export regulations rest with the vendor.
- According to Pakistan law, vendors are solely responsible for any dangerous goods they sell, including all liabilities and compliance requirements.
- Oshi Dropshipping reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes.
