Terms and Conditions – Oshi Dropshipping
- Sellers must handle customer service professionally and respond to Oshi staff queries within reasonable time.
- Oshi Dropshipping will not contact the customer unless asked to or in urgent circumstances.
- Any dropshipper using abusive language or unethical behavior will be removed immediately.
- Payments must be tracked by the seller. Claims after 60 days of order or 15 days of invoice will not be entertained.

Complaints must be raised through our advanced ticket system only, covering areas such as payments, deliveries, and more. Other channels (e.g., WhatsApp) will not be supported.
- Tracking will be provided, but sellers are responsible for monitoring shipments and notifying support in case of issues.
- Profit is not guaranteed. Oshi Dropshipping is not liable for any business loss faced by the seller.
- All seller details provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Any false or misleading info may result in suspension.
- Public complaints without using the internal complaint process may lead to account termination.
- Sellers are encouraged to test products before listing to ensure quality and legal compliance.
- Sellers must comply with all laws related to online commerce, taxation, and consumer protection.
- Account credentials and personal details must be kept secure and up to date.
- Oshi Dropshipping may update terms without notice; sellers are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.
- This agreement is final and replaces any prior agreements unless otherwise stated in writing by Oshi Dropshipping.
